Paul is a senior member of the Conflict Resolution Studies Faculty. He has taught numerous courses in Conflict Resolution Studies including Introduction to Conflict Resolution Studies, Conflict as Creative Catalyst, Restorative Justice, Violence and Non-Violence, Conflict and Culture, Models for Conflict Transformation, Ethics in Conflict Resolution, Transforming Intrapersonal Conflict, Advanced Studies in Mediation Practice, and Senior Seminar in Conflict Resolution.
